24-E-0322: National Grid's upstate electric case (filed May 2024) sought $509.6 million more in delivery revenue (25.5% of delivery, 10.4% of total revenue). The PSC approved a three-year joint proposal on Aug. 14, 2025 with electric increases of $167.3 million (rate year starting April 1, 2025, billed from Sept. 1, 2025), $297.4 million in April 2026 and $243.4 million in April 2027, mainly for grid reliability and CLCPA-related investment. A 625 kWh residential customer pays $14.32 (3.4%) more in year 1, $6.44 (5.6%) in year 2 and $4.34 in year 3; scaled to 1,000 kWh the year-1 step is about $22.91. Source
