24-035-04 (2026 settlement): A settlement approved by the Utah PSC in August 2026 adds $93 million (4.2%) to base rates effective July 1, 2026, about $3.44/month for an average residential customer, with a rate-case stay-out through 2028 and a $2 billion Utah investment commitment. A simultaneous 10.6% energy balancing account decrease (about $11/month) leaves customers with a net bill reduction of roughly 6.4%. Source
24-035-04: Rocky Mountain Power originally sought about 30%, amended to 18%; the Utah PSC order of April 25, 2025 approved a 4.7% increase. RMP appealed and the dispute was resolved by a 2026 settlement (see separate row). Money is for generation, transmission and wildfire costs. Source
