2025 pricing process (Board approved Feb 27, 2025): SRP's elected board approved a 2.4% overall price increase ($169 million base revenue, partly offset by $68.7 million lower fuel costs) on February 27, 2025, effective with the November 2025 billing cycle; an average residential customer using 1,117 kWh pays $5.61 (3.5%) more, about $5.02 scaled to 1,000 kWh. Includes tiered $20/$30/$40 monthly service charges, new super-off-peak plans and a $25 Economy Price Plan credit. First base price change since 2019. Source
