UE 452/UE 457/UE 458/UE 459: The PUC's combined 2026 decisions (annual power cost update UE 452 settled with a $37.6 million forecast reduction, power cost true-up, storm cost amortization and distribution plan rider) raise a typical PGE residential bill about $7.97 or 5% starting April 1, 2026; residential changes were delayed from January 1 by the FAIR Act winter moratorium.
