25AL-0494E: Xcel Energy Colorado filed Nov. 21, 2025 for $356 million more in annual electric revenue (about 9.9% or $9.94 per month for an average residential customer) to recover pole, transformer and generation investments. A June 2026 settlement proposed $225 million; the PUC's Aug. 20, 2026 decision approved $157 million (56% below the request), a 4.77% residential increase of about $5.00 per month for a 601 kWh customer ($104.91 to $109.92), effective Aug. 29, 2026, with expanded PIPP affordability protections. Scaled to 1,000 kWh the increase is roughly $8.32. Source
