UE-240004/UG-240005: The UTC approved PSE's two-year plan on January 15, 2025: electric revenue up $326.6 million (11.5%) in January 2025 and $203.3 million (6.4%) in January 2026. A residential customer using 800 kWh pays $13.08 (12%) more in 2025 and $7.67 (6.3%) more in 2026; scaled to 1,000 kWh that is about $16.35 and $9.59. ROE rose to 9.8% then 9.9%; money is for clean energy, wildfire/grid hardening and storm costs. Source
