5-UR-111: PSC Wisconsin's December 19, 2024 decision in We Energies' 2025-2026 case approved less than the 6.9% (2025) and 4.6% (2026) requested: an average residential electric bill rose $7.62/month in 2025 and another $9.73/month on January 1, 2026, 12.38% cumulative. ROE held at 9.8%; roughly $188 million below the request. Money is for solar, battery and gas generation plus distribution. Source
