24-0468-EL-AIR: FirstEnergy's three Ohio utilities sought $190.3 million; the PUCO's November 19, 2025 order allowed about $34 million combined, with Ohio Edison's revenue cut $17.4 million, and a February 18, 2026 rehearing entry cut Ohio Edison a further amount to about -$24.5 million (storm deferrals spread over 25 years); new rates effective March 1, 2026. FirstEnergy said Ohio Edison residential bills at 1,000 kWh fall $13.27/month while $275 million settlement credits apply, then rise $2.42/month after credits expire (pre-rehearing figures). Source
